Transferring Premium to Another Team

You can move a Premium subscription from one team to another - for example if a team is disbanded or renamed and you want to reuse the license.

How to transfer

1. In Coach Base or Coach Amigo, go to Settings and tap Purchases & subscriptions under Account settings. This opens accounts.coachamigo.com.
2. Under Subscriptions, find the active subscription you want to move.
3. Tap Change in the Switch Team column.
4. A Connect a team dialog opens showing your teams. Select the team you want to link the subscription to.
5. Check the confirmation box and confirm with the green checkmark.

A Premium subscription can only be transferred to another team once every 30 days. After a transfer, the Change button shows 30 days left until it's available again.
