Getting Started with The Clubhouse
The Clubhouse is Coach Amigo's club-level management tool, for clubs that want to manage their teams, players, and training selections in one place.
The Clubhouse is in active development. What's already working is a full overview of your club's players, teams, and training selections - and all the notes your coaches and trainers make on players in Coach Amigo and Trainer Amigo appear here too. What's coming is powerful stats and analytics across your entire club: attendance trends, match performance, playing time, and more - broken down by team, by collection, or across the whole club. The goal is a complete player tracking system that gives club boards and technical directors the full picture.
Requesting access
You can get access to The Clubhouse if your account has at least 2 Premium teams, or if you're a club getting started with Coach Amigo. To request access, contact us at support@coachamigo.com.
Setting up your club
Once we've enabled access, log in at clubhouse.coachamigo.com. On first login, you'll see a welcome screen with a Set up a new Clubhouse! button.
If the wrong account is shown, use Log in with a different account to switch first. This can happen if you manage your teams in one Amigo Account and were given Clubhouse access via another.
Tap Set up a new Clubhouse! to open Club information, where you fill in the Details:
- Federation: choose your club's federation
- Find your club: search for your club by name
- Support e-mail: the email address our support team can use to contact your club
Tap Create club to finish setup.
What's next?
After setup, you'll land on the dashboard, where you can start adding players.

Clubs are more than welcome. Send us a message at support@coachamigo.com and we'll help you with a full setup to get started quickly, or kick off a trial period. Clubs with The Clubhouse also get Trainer Amigo included for free - so all your trainers can get started alongside Coach Amigo at no extra cost.
If you already had teams, players, and training selections in your Amigo Account before it was upgraded to a club account, you'll find them all in The Clubhouse too.
