Sharing a Training Selection

You can share a training selection with other trainers so they can access the same training sessions, attendance and ratings. This is useful when you work with an assistant trainer or co-trainer.

How to share​

  1. Tap Selection in the bottom navigation, then tap Sharing
  2. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite
  3. Tap Share

They receive an email invitation. If they already have an Amigo account, they appear in the sharing list straight away with a Pending status until they accept. Once accepted, the training selection appears in their app.

If they don't have an account yet, they can create one and start collaborating immediately.

note

There's only one role for shared users: Trainer. Anyone you share with has the same access as you, except they can't remove the training selection itself.

Removing a shared trainer​

Tap the red X next to a shared trainer in the Sharing tab to revoke their access. They will lose access to the training selection but keep their own account and any other selections or teams they manage.
