How It All Fits Together
Coach Amigo is not a single app, it's an platform of connected products. Here's how they work together.
One player database
All apps share a single player database. Add a player in Coach Amigo, and they're available in Coach Base, Trainer Amigo and The Clubhouse. Update a player's photo or whatever in one app, and it updates everywhere.
One account
Your Amigo account gives you access to everything. Create it once, in any of the apps, and use the same credentials to log into all of our apps.
Different roles, different apps
Each app serves a different role:

A single person can fill multiple roles. A head coach might use Coach Amigo for matches and Trainer Amigo for training. A club manager might use The Clubhouse for oversight and Coach Amigo to coach their own team.
Teams vs training selections
This is a key distinction in the platform:
- Teams live in Coach Amigo. A team has a fixed structure: current player selection, matches and statistics.
- Training selections live in Trainer Amigo. A selection is a flexible group of players pulled together for training, independent of which team they belong to.
The Clubhouse can create both: and assign them to the right coaches and trainers.
Data flows
As an individual coach or trainer, you can use Coach Amigo and Trainer Amigo independently. Create teams, add players, share a team with your assistant (Premium) and manage everything yourself. Your teams are also accessible in Coach Base.
At club level, The Clubhouse adds an overarching layer. A club manager can:
- Create teams and assign them to coaches
- Create training selections and share them with trainers
- Manage Premium licenses across all teams
- Maintain the central player database for the entire club
Both paths use the same player database and the same accounts. Whether you start independently or through The Clubhouse, everything connects.
