Using Multiple Devices

Coach Amigo works across all your devices. Use your phone on matchday and at training, and your laptop for team management - everything stays in sync.

How syncing works

Your data syncs via the cloud whenever you have an internet connection. Changes made on one device appear on your other devices automatically. This includes:

  • Player data (names, photos, positions)
  • Match planning, events and statistics
  • Team settings and formations
  • Ratings and periods
  • Well ... everything.

Setting up a new device

  1. Download Coach Amigo or Trainer Amigo on your new device
  2. Log in with your existing Amigo account
  3. Your teams and data will load automatically

You don't need to transfer anything manually. Please note: logging in on multiple devices at once is a Premium feature. With a basic team you will be signed off on devices you're not actively using.

Sharing a team with another coach

If you work with an assistant coach or co-trainer, you can share your team with them. They log in with their own Amigo account and you both see the same team and player data.

See Sharing a Team for details.

Periods across devices

When you activate a period on one device, make sure to activate it on your other devices too. Or note that periods can be activated per device independently. Periods determine which matches are shown by default and are used for visualising statistics.

See Periods for more details.

Offline use

Coach Amigo works offline during a match - you don't need an internet connection on the pitch. Match data is stored locally and synced to the cloud when you reconnect. The cloud sync status of each match is shown by a coloured cloud icon.
