Creating and Sharing Training Selections

The Clubhouse keeps an overview of all training selections in your club.

Training selections overview​

Go to Training Selections in the menu to see your Training selections overview. At the top, you can switch between two tabs:

  • Selections: all training selections in your club
  • Collections: manage training selection collections

The selection list shows, for each training selection:

  • Its name
  • Who it's shared with
  • Which collections it belongs to
  • The number of players in the selection

Tap a training selection to open and manage it.

Use the search bar or filter by collection to quickly find a training selection.

Collections​

Collections are labels you assign to training selections to group them across your club. You can filter your training selections list by collection, and on the dashboard you can filter stats by training selections collection. As The Clubhouse's analytics grow, collections will let you analyse training attendance and player development across groups of selections.

Creating a collection​

Go to the Collections tab and tap Add collection. Enter a name and confirm with the green checkmark. The collection is created and opens immediately in edit mode.

Adding training selections to a collection​

In the Edit collection screen, tap the red + button under Training selections in this collection. A search dialog opens showing all training selections in your club - tap the + next to each one you want to add. Close the dialog when done, then confirm with the green checkmark.

To remove a training selection from the collection, tap the red x on its tag in the edit screen.

Editing or deleting a collection​

From the Collections tab, tap the pencil icon next to a collection to open it in edit mode. Here you can rename it, add or remove training selections, or tap Delete collection to remove it entirely.

Adding a training selection​

Tap Add training selection (top right) to add a new training selection to your club. Fill in the Training selection name and save.

Managing a training selection​

Open a training selection to see its tabs: Details, Selection players, Sharing, and Statistics (coming soon).

On the Details tab you can rename the training selection. You'll also find a Disconnect from club option, which removes the training selection from your Clubhouse overview. It stays fully available in Trainer Amigo - trainers can still open and use it as normal.

You can find disconnected selections under Club and reconnect them from there.

Adding players to a training selection​

Go to the Selection players tab and tap Add Player(s) (top right) to add players from your club's player database to this training selection.

Sharing a training selection​

Go to the Sharing tab to manage who has access to this training selection in Trainer Amigo.

The sharing list shows each user's name, email address, role (owner or user), and status (active or pending). Tap Invite user (top right) to give someone access to this training selection.

Deleting a training selection​

On the Details tab, tap Delete training selection to permanently remove it. This cannot be undone.
