Managing Teams
The Clubhouse keeps an overview of all teams in your club.
Teams overview
Go to Teams in the menu to see your Teams overview. At the top, you can switch between two tabs:
- Teams: all teams in your club
- Collections: manage team collections
The team list shows, for each team:
- Its name (and division, if set)
- Who it's shared with
- Which collections it belongs to
- The number of players in the team
Tap a team to open and manage it.
Use the search bar or filter by collection to quickly find a team.
Collections
Collections are labels you assign to teams to group them across your club - for example "Under 17", "Girls", or "Recreational". A team can belong to multiple collections.
You can filter your team list by collection, and on the dashboard you can filter stats by teams collection. As The Clubhouse's analytics grow, collections will let you compare and analyse groups of teams side by side.
Creating a collection
Go to the Collections tab and tap Add collection. Enter a name and confirm with the green checkmark. The collection is created and opens immediately in edit mode.
Adding teams to a collection
In the Edit collection screen, tap the red + button under Teams in this collection. A search dialog opens showing all teams in your club - tap the + next to each team you want to add. Close the dialog when done, then confirm with the green checkmark.
To remove a team from the collection, tap the red x on their tag in the edit screen.
Editing or deleting a collection
From the Collections tab, tap the pencil icon next to a collection to open it in edit mode. Here you can rename it, add or remove teams, or tap Delete collection to remove it entirely.
Adding a team
Tap Add team (top right) to open the new team form. Fill in:
- Team shirt: tap the pencil icon to customise the shirt design
- Team name
- Division: the division or competition the team plays in
- Relation code: an optional reference code for your own administration
Federation and club name are filled in automatically from your club details and cannot be changed here.
Tap Save to add the team to your club.
Team settings
After creating a team, open it and go to the Settings tab to configure:
Default match settings
- Number of players on the pitch: the default squad size for this team
- Match format: for example 2 x 45 minutes
- Field type: the type of pitch this team plays on
Livestreams
Toggle livestreams on or off for this team, and choose what to show:
- Show formation on livestreams
- Show substitutions on livestreams
- Show portraits on livestreams
- Show media on livestreams
Adding players to a team
Go to the Team players tab and tap Add Player(s) (top right) to add players from your club's player database to this team.
Disconnecting a team
On the Details tab, tap Disconnect from club to remove a team from The Clubhouse overview. The team stays fully available in Coach Amigo and Coach Base - coaches can still open and use it as normal. It just won't appear in your club's Teams overview anymore.
You can find disconnected teams under Club and reconnect them from there.
Sharing a team
Go to the Sharing tab to manage who has access to this team in Coach Amigo.
Sharing is only available for teams with a Premium subscription connected.
The sharing list shows each user's name, email address, role (owner or user), and status (active or pending). Tap Invite user (top right) to give someone access to this team.
