Tracking Subs (Manual)

Whether or not you use subs management, you can always make manual substitutions during a match - it's as simple as dragging a player and dropping it onto another one.

Making a substitution

1. During the match, go to the formation view
2. Drag a player from the bench onto a player on the pitch - or the other way around
3. The players swap positions
4. The substitution is recorded in the timeline

When to use manual subs

Manual subs are useful when:

• You're not using subs management and prefer to decide in the moment
• You need to make an unplanned change (injury, tactical adjustment)
• You want to override a planned substitution from subs management

Substitution record

Every manual sub is timestamped and visible in the match timeline and the Livestream. It's also included in playing time statistics.
